Creative Belgium registers personal data of her members as well as visitors of the website, in particular in case of membership requests and newsletter subscriptions (you can perfectly visit our website without providing personal data if you don’t wish to subscribe to any of our services). It mostly concerns the following data: name, e-mailaddress, address, date of birth, gender, language preferences, phone number, business/company name, job title, VAT number. Fields marked with an * are required – all other information is optional. Filling out this information implies the consent of the user for us to store and process the data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We gather this data in order to grant you access to our publications and services, to invoice memberships and to keep you posted on our activities.
