Michiel Baeten has over 10 years of experience as a creative copywriter. After receiving a bachelor’s degree at Sint-Lucas Ghent and a master at Sint Lucas Antwerp, he worked at BBDO Belgium for 8 years where he gained experience, developed copywriting craftsmanship and won numerous awards around the globe including 2 Silver Cannes Lions, 2 Gold Creative Belgium awards and 2 Gold LIA’s. He has been part of mortierbrigade for the past 3 years, during which he was awarded 9 times at the Creative Belgium Awards.
Frédéric Delouvroy started his career as an intern art director at LDV United and Duval Guillaume Brussels. After nearly 7 years at BBDO Belgium, he joined forces with mortierbrigade. With his campaigns for brands such as Lidl, Proximus, De Morgen, National Lottery and DreamLand he got recognized by his mom and the judges at Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Creative Belgium Awards, Epica and LIA to name a few. For Frédéric a combination of a great idea and a unique execution is key. A campaign with a mind-blowing idea but a dull execution could disappear in the abundance of information that people need to deal with. And a campaign that looks wonderful falls apart with the lack of an exceptional idea.
As a team, they will gladly help the new upcoming talents of Belgium to create a project that matches this goal.
