The Creative Belgium Awards 2024 take place on Friday, 31 May in Asiat Park.
5pm - Doors open at Vijverhal
7pm - Awards show at Bazaar
9pm - Food & drinks at Vijverhal
11pm - Party at Bazaar
TICKETS
Tickets are available online through our preferred partner, Pierrot, or can be purchased at the entrance, if still available. Make sure to download your ticket(s) onto your mobile device, as printing is unnecessary.
If you’ve lost your ticket, didn’t receive the PDF by email, or encounter any issues, please reach out to info@creativebelgium.be
When buying a ticket to CBA, you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions and privacy policy. Tickets are non-refundable.
HOW TO GET THERE
ENTRANCE ADDRESS: Willem Elsschotstraat 15, 1800 Vilvoorde. This is the only correct entrance for our event. If you enter Asiat Park through another entrance, you will be directed to this one.
PARKING ADDRESS: Havendoklaan 1, 1800 Vilvoorde
BY BICYCLE
For everyone joining us by bike: we offer a bike park near the entrance. Remember to bring a lock for secure parking. Avoid attaching your bike to any public railings, as they may be removed. And please respect our neighbours as much as we do. Creative Belgium is not responsible if your bike gets stolen.
BY TRAIN
Our venue is accessible by train; the ‘Vilvoorde Station’ station is a 30-minute walk to our entrance.
BY BUS
The closest bus stop to the venue is called ‘Vilvoorde Kerkhof’. For more info and timetables, visit delijn.be.
BY PRIVATE DRIVER
We offer a 20% discount on your booking with a private driver through our partner Get Driven. Also here, we recommend carpooling.
BY PARTY BUS
If you arrive with a private party bus, we are happy to secure a safe place to park near the entrance. Contact us for more info.
BY TAXI / DROP OFF
Please use the address Willem Elsschotstraat 15, 1800 Vilvoorde for taxis or ubers.
BY CAR

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK NEAR THE ENTRANCE. PLEASE ONLY USE OUR PARKING.
We recommend carpooling; the more passengers, the merrier or use Uber/taxis for a hassle-free journey. Please don’t drink and drive, never join a driver who is not sober and make ensure your designated driver is wide awake. The parking is unguarded.

THE AWARDS SHOW
Be on time and get your seat for the reveal of the winners! The Creative Belgium Awards ceremony starts at 7pm. We ask you to show respect for the finalists and be quiet during the show, except a thunderous of applause for everyone who made it to the stage, of course. Food stands and bars will close during the awards show.
FOOD & DRINKS
You will find various offer of food stands and bars and there will be fries all night long!
We will serve alcoholic drinks like beer, cocktails and wine as well as non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, 0% beers and mocktails.
Keep your glass with you and try to avoid bites and full glasses of booze left behind so we limit unnecessary waste.
SUSTAINABILITY
Be aware of your impact. Plan your trip ahead, don't leave stuff behind, dispose your waste properly, be carefull with glasses. Respect the site and be considerate to other visitors and your environment.
DRUGS POLICY
We have a zero-tolerance policy and discourage you to bring drugs (including soft drugs) to the event. Public use of drugs at the event will result in removal. Please respect these regulations.
SAFETY & MEDICAL HELP
There is a first aid station permanently present on-site. Additionally, a trained security team is also present on and around the event.
